CulturalDC’s Mead Theatre Lab Program (now Space4) provides emerging artists and arts organizations the opportunity to self-produce.  Artists receive free rehearsal and performance space, mentorship and marketing support.  Space4 and Mead Theatre Lab Program Alumni include, among many others, Convergence Theatre, Dog & Pony DC, Sarah Ewing, Paige Hernandez, Pointless Theatre Company, Taffety Punk and TBD Immersive.

As Director of Artist Programs, Jenny led recruitment and selection for the competitive program.  Additionally she served as coach and mentor to dozen of emerging artists as they created, developed and produced new work.
